Starter Package
This starter package is for you if you are experiencing short term conditions and don't need a huge amount of support in your healing journey.
It includes:
Initial Consultation for up to 90 minutes with Sarah plus a follow up consultation in 6 weeks for up to 60 minutes as well as email support during this time.

During your appointment we will discuss your nutrition as well as lifestyle & emotional factors to provide a comprehensive picture of where you are at and how I can best support you

I will do a physical examination including tongue diagnosis, urine ph analysis and zinc test

Lifestyle, exercise and dietary recommendations to help you take the first steps in enhancing your health

Tailored supplements to aid your healing journey (10% discount)

We may discuss functional tests which may be necessary to get to the root of an issue

Emailed notes including protocol discussed during the call

Stella Package - 3 months
Really ready to change your health?

Chronic conditions take years to develop so will not be resolved in 6 weeks. This program is for you if you've tried other avenues or not had results from your GP and require a more comprehensive and structured program of appointments:

This includes 5 appointments in total:

Initial 90 minute consultation

Follow up appointments every other week for the first month (2 x 30 minute appointments)

Monthly appointments thereafter (2 x 30-45 minute appointments)

Supernova Package - 6 months
The Supernova package is for you if you have ongoing chronic issues for which you require more in depth support.
You may also benefit from functional testing such as comprehensive stool testing, hair mineral analysis, genetic testing etc.

Conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, thyroid issues, ongoing fertility struggles will require a more comprehensive and structured program.

This includes 8 appointments in total:
